Designed specifically for medium pressure grease applications, these push-to-connect fittings find widespread use in central and automatic lubrication systems in a variety of industries including construction, agriculture, transportation, and industrial machinery.
Recommended for: G880B Nylon Grease Tubing.
Assembly Instructions:
1. Cut the tube square and remove any burrs or sharp edges that may damage the internal O-ring on the fitting.
2. Insert the tube until it bottoms, then pull the fitting back to ensure it is secure.
3. To release, push the gripping collet while pulling the tube out from the fitting.
Safety Note: To prevent accidental disconnection, ensure no components come into contact with or place any unwanted pressure on the release ring during operation.
