Used in central lubrication systems to connect the distribution unit with the different lubrication points, G880B metric tubing is heat and UV resistant and has excellent resistance to grease, oil, as well as a wide range of fuels and chemicals. With higher working pressures compared to standard nylon tubing, this semi-rigid nylon grease tubing features a 3:1 safety factor and is in compliance with DIN 73378. G880B metric tubing is sold in 25 m coils and is available both unfilled and prefilled with NLGI EP 2 grease.
For those customers that require it, G880B grease filled tubing is available in 25 m lengths, prefilled with NLGI EP 2 grease. This natural coloured, lithium based, multipurpose grease features increased oxidation stability and corrosion protection and provides protection against frictional corrosion and abrasion. It is commonly used for greasing applications that include roller bearings, high and temporary compressive loads and vibrations, and high temperatures. It is excellent for use in all kinds of central lubrication systems.
Note: Unlike hose, Nylon Grease tubing is ordered by outside diameter (O.D.). Use metric push-to-connect lubrication tube fittings for lubrication and grease applications.
