Pulsar’s Thermoplastic Grease Line is suitable for both manual and automated grease and lubrication applications. This highly flexible, high pressure hose is commonly used as the main central line in central lubrication systems. Its unique construction allows for working pressures up to 4000 psi while the polyurethane cover provides excellent abrasion resistance to stand up to the most rigorous environments. 171 Thermoplastic Grease Line is designed to be used with our 3700 Series Reusable Lubrication Couplings for easy assembly in the field or on location without the need for any special tools or equipment.
Safety Note: We do not recommend mixing and matching hydraulic hose assembly components from different manufacturers. Tolerances vary from one manufacturer to another and are not necessarily interchangeable. Different components from different manufacturers can cause coupling retention issues, which could result in hoses bursting, couplings leaking, or blown-off ends resulting in damage or injury.
