Description
Small enterprise thrives in Caddington Village thanks to many local families and tradespeople. Here we see a local family in the process of making cider. Mom sits down, peeling the pile of apples while the kids operate the press to extract the juice. They’re getting everything ready for it to be distributed to the stores and drinking establishments around town.
