Description
The Bedford 9-127 is a compatible replacement for Graco parts 100-279 and 100279 — the ball used in Graco spray equipment. This ball is the moving element of a check valve in the pump’s fluid section: on each stroke it lifts off its seat to let coating through, then reseats to hold pressure. Compatible with Graco 1:1 Fast-Ball, 1.5:1 Monark, 10:1 President, 13:1 Senator Dura-Flo 1200, 2:1 Monark, 2:1 Standard and other Graco equipment.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Fluid backflow from a ball that no longer seats cleanly
- Pitting or scoring from abrasive coatings
- Replaced together with its seat during a fluid-section rebuild
- Sprayer loses prime or pressure as the ball wears out-of-round
