Description
The Bedford 55-2721 is a 2-pack of gun filters supplied as a direct-fit replacement for ASM 44332. Gun filters install in the airless spray gun handle to catch contaminants before the material reaches the tip, protecting the tip from premature wear and clogging.
On ASM airless equipment, a clogged or damaged gun/tip filter typically shows up as pressure spikes, an irregular spray pattern, or a partial tip blockage during the job.
Common reasons these filters are replaced:
- Pressure spikes at the gun caused by a clogged filter element
- Irregular spray pattern, tails, or fingering during a clean job
- Visibly torn or collapsed mesh observed during filter inspection
- Routine filter changeover at the start of a new job or color change
Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance. Compatible ASM equipment models are listed in the Compatible Equipment section below, where available.
