Description
The Bedford 12-2485 is a direct-fit replacement for the Graco 224457 live. It is a live swivel coupling rated for high-pressure airless spray service. The swivel allows hoses and gun assemblies to rotate freely under working pressure without binding the operator’s wrist or twisting the hose.
Common reasons this live is replaced:
- Stiffness or seizure from packing wear, blocking free rotation
- Fluid leaking past the swivel packing under pressure
- Thread damage from over-torquing during connection
- Routine replacement during hose or gun assembly service
Service technicians install this part during routine maintenance and during diagnostic teardowns of Graco spray equipment when the listed failure modes appear.
Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance. Compatible Graco equipment models are listed in the Compatible Equipment section below, where available.
