Yale Safari Dual Purpose Climbing Line – Meet Yale’s Kernmaster, a 48-strand Kernmantle rope with an outer polyester jacket over an energy-absorbing nylon core. Makes an excellent Single Rope Technique or System (SRT/SRS) line.
Features:
- Very low stretch and works smoothly in all of Single Rope hardware.
- Good energy absorption
- Core fibers of Kernmaster are braided, unlike most other Kernmasters, which makes it perform more like a 24-strand, allowing for both access and DdRT (MRS) climbing using quick hitches.
