Description
The Bedford 20-1727 is a direct-fit replacement packing set for the 30:1 Bull, 63:1 King, and GH533 airless spray pumps. Packing sets are essential wear items in reciprocating pump systems, where they seal the rod and prevent fluid leakage around the pump rod during pressurized operation. Pump rebuild specialists and spray equipment service technicians rely on these kits to restore proper sealing performance after extended service or when rod leakage becomes evident.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Fluid seepage around the pump rod or visible drips from the rod packing area during spraying operations
- Loss of pressure or reduced spraying performance caused by internal seal degradation
- Scheduled maintenance intervals on rental or high-use equipment to prevent field failures
- Worn or hardened packings from exposure to solvents, coatings, or extended idle periods
Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance. Compatible Graco equipment models are listed in the Compatible Equipment section below, where available.
