Description
The Bedford 20-3403 is a direct-fit replacement for the Graco Xtreme 145 TFE pump repair kit, designed to restore performance in this high-pressure airless sprayer when internal wear or seal degradation compromises output consistency and spray quality.
Pump rebuild specialists and spray equipment technicians rely on comprehensive repair kits like this one to address the full scope of wear patterns that develop during regular operation. Professional painting contractors benefit from quick turnaround rebuilds that restore their equipment to factory specifications without extended downtime on the job site.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Internal packings and seals harden or compress over time, reducing pump pressure and causing pressure fluctuations during spray application
- Check balls and valve components wear from extended use, allowing fluid bypass and reduced pump efficiency
- Seal combinations fail due to exposure to different coating chemistries, requiring complete packing refreshment during routine service intervals
- Cumulative wear in pump chambers reduces the ability to maintain consistent spray patterns, signaling the need for kit installation during preventative maintenance
Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance. Compatible Graco equipment models are listed in the Compatible Equipment section below, where available.
