Description
The Bedford 20-3682 is a direct-fit replacement repair kit for the Dura-Flo 1100 pump, engineered for spray equipment technicians and pump rebuild specialists who service professional airless spray systems in the field or shop.
The Dura-Flo 1100 repair kit consolidates the essential internal components needed to restore pump function without requiring a full unit replacement. This kit approach allows professional painting contractors and rental equipment service staff to extend equipment life and minimize downtime during peak season operations.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Worn packings and seals causing loss of prime or pressure buildup during spray cycles
- Check valve degradation resulting in reduced fluid output or inconsistent spray patterns
- O-ring deterioration leading to internal leaks or fluid seepage around the pump housing
- Component fatigue from extended use on high-volume commercial projects or daily rental circulation
Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance. Compatible Graco equipment models are listed in the Compatible Equipment section below, where available.
