Freud’s 1-1/2″ carbide-tipped Cove Bit (also called a “core box” bit) routs clean, smooth edges to create a classic shape for any woodworking project. Freud bits have a shear angle that slices through wood like a hand plane. This reduces the chance of tearing or splintering in materials that have a figured grain.
