Anti-Static tubing is used for loading ammonium nitrate/fuel oil blasting agents. Specially compounded PVC provides conductivity to safely dissipate static electricity yet provides sufficient resistance to protect the blasting circuit against stray current.
Tubing Tip:
Coils of tubing can be heated with steam or hot water to remove the coil set and aid in attachment. Once hot, the tubing can be laid out in a straight line and allowed to cool.
