Ring style locking arm cam-locks feature a special design that helps prevent accidental disconnection caused by vibration, dragging, or wear. The locking arms eliminate the need for loose clips or straps making them ideal for critical applications including chemical, oil and gas, and sanitation and waster water applications.
Our aluminum cam-locks fit Commercial Item Description (CID) A-A-59326B for sizes 3/4″ to 6″ and will interchange with other couplings that meet this specification. No government standard has been established for 1/2″, 8″ and 10″ so different manufacturers’ couplings may not interchange in this size. Standard gaskets are rated to 105°C (221°F).
Safety Note: Cam-locks should not be used with compressed air or other compressed gases.
