Our reconnectable breakaway valves separate using ball bearings and latch rings at less than 200 lbf, helping to reduce separation backlash and damage to equipment. They stop the flow of fuel on both sides of the separation and have passed the UL test requirements for separations, while retaining the UL listing after reconnection. These aluminum valves feature fluorocarbon seals and stainless steel springs and balls to maximize service life.
