Brand new. Brake kit for use with plate casters with 5″ diameter wheel. Includes axle bolt with grease zerk, lock nut, on/off push plate, wheel brake lever, and spring washer. Specifically fits Surplus Center item numbers 700114, 700115, 700117, 700116, 700574 and 700575.
