Description
The Bedford 9-2952 is a compatible replacement for Graco parts 253-030 and 253030 — the ball used in Graco spray equipment. This ball is the moving element of a check valve in the pump’s fluid section: on each stroke it lifts off its seat to let coating through, then reseats to hold pressure. Sold individually, so you can order exactly the quantity a service job needs. Compatible with Graco Xtreme 250cc (1045) and Xtreme 290cc (1200).
Common reasons for replacement:
- Sprayer loses prime or pressure as the ball wears out-of-round
- Fluid backflow from a ball that no longer seats cleanly
- Pitting or scoring from abrasive coatings
- Replaced together with its seat during a fluid-section rebuild
