Our Bi-Metal Thermometers are manufactured in accordance with ASME B.40.3 standards for maximum accuracy and quick response. Made from Type 304 Stainless Steel, these back-mounted thermometers feature food grade, shatter-proof glass windows and are available with either 2-1/2″ or 4″ long stems. Choose from temperature ranges of -20°C to 120°C or from 10°C to 260°C. To prevent damage to the thermometer and facilitate easy removal from processing, the use of a thermowell is recommended.
