For sanding, polishing and finishing, plus grinding curves, corners, flat surfaces or irregular shapes. Drums have 1/4″ shank dia. drums(except 1/2″ x 1/2″ with 1/8″ dia.) that permits drum to be used on most rotary tools (i.e. Dremel and Foredom) with smaller chuck capacities or 1/8″ collets. Spiral bound, cloth backed, aluminum oxide abrasive sheets dissipate heat quickly, reduce burning on wood and can handle heavy loads.
