Description
The Rheem-Ruud 47-23117-03 Auto Limit Switch is an essential device of HVAC systems to control temperature to prevent the systems from getting overheated while functioning. This limit switch also controls the heating processes of the system with a close temperature of 75°F and an open temperature of 85°F. The switch can effectively control electrical loads because the maximum current that it can handle is 25A while the maximum voltage it can handle is 230V. This is an auto reset limit switch which is used to measure the temperature of the HVAC system. Mainly it controls the manner of heating and through acting as a switch to open or close the circuit when it receives indications that the temperature is high or low as the case may be.
