The Amana-Goodman 0130F00004 Pressure Switch is an essential part to serve as safety features when installed in different HVAC systems especially in furnaces and air handlers. This spst switch is intended for pressure sensing in the HVAC system, namely in the venting or combustion air supply paths. Its pressure range is -0.75” WC and it alarms for negative pressure, which means proper air flow or venting. Nonetheless, if the airflow is restricted or venting is insufficient, the pressure falls below the established reference, and the switch turns on.
