With their compact design, inverted flare fittings were primarily developed for automotive applications. Since the tubing is flared to 45° but fitted with a male threaded nut, these fittings have the advantage of attaching directly into a port without the need for an adapter. Our brass inverted flare fittings come either extruded, machined, or forged.
