Water Blast hose is often found in hydro-demolition (concrete breaking using water instead of a jackhammer). It is also used for cleaning large tanks, heat exchangers and pipes, as well as for removing marine growth on ships and piers. Since only water is used in the work rather than chemicals or abrasives, water jetting is an environmentally friendly method of cleaning and surface preparation.
Safety Note: All Water Blast hose assemblies are tested to 1.5 times working pressure before leaving our facilities. All end fittings are factory installed and custom assemblies are built by request. We do not recommend mixing and matching water blast hose assembly components from different manufacturers. Tolerances vary from one manufacturer to another and are not necessarily interchangeable. Different components from different manufacturers can cause coupling retention issues, which could result in hoses bursting, couplings leaking, or blown-off ends resulting in damage or injury.
