Description
The Copeland 912-3040-00 Coil Contactor is a three-pole forty-amp contactor that is used to control electrical circuits of an HVAC system. This contactor works at the voltage of 24V and the frequency of 50/60 Hz to control air conditioning and refrigeration systems to switch on/off power using normally open contacts. In these applications, the 912-3040-00 is particularly useful for regulating high power electrical loads such as motors and compressor. This is because it is mounted on a panel and therefore installation is easy and the position is well fixed. First, the contactor ensures a consistent source of electrical current, second, it protects sensitive components from electrical current fluctuations and third, it offers the necessary longevity to boost the performance of HVAC systems.
