The result of innovative development, this new generation of quick coupling swings to connect while offering full flow without restrictions. The simple swing operation requires no use of force and results in no loss of pressure in the system, while the compact design allows these couplings to be used in a variety of applications. Designed for use with compressed air, gases, and liquids with low to medium viscosity, these couplings feature a nickel-plated steel construction with Nitrile seals and are rated to 350 psi. Stainless steel balls maximize corrosion resistance. Both durable and reliable, our swing couplings interchange with Industrial or Aro plug profiles. Industrial Interchange couplings conform to the MIL-4109C Interchange Standard.
Connecting:
1. Insert appropriate nipple into the coupler.
2. Swing the nipple approximately 90° until the orange ring engages in the groove.
Disconnecting:
1. Pull back the orange ring and swing the nipple back to stop flow.
2. Prevent the hose from ejecting dangerously by holding the nipple until the the hose is completely vented.
