Elixir food hose is a flexible, corrugated hose used for the suction and delivery of non-fatty foods and is suitable for use with up to 96% alcohol. It is a favourite amongst vintners for use with vintage wines. The external low friction helix protects the hose against rough and abrasive surfaces allowing the hose to slide easily without resistance. This crush-resistant hose is suitable for use both indoors and outdoors. Elixir hose is certified to FDA title 21 for aqueous foods and D.M. 21/03/73 for aqueous foods and alcohol up to 96% and also meets European standards CE1935/04 and CE2023/06.
