Grade R Twin Weld is designed for welding and cutting where oxygen and acetylene are used. Grade R is by far the most commonly used welding hose today. However G422 is not suitable for use with other fuel gas mixtures that have appeared in recent years. These hydrocarbon based fuel gases require a low-permeation, oil resistant hose. G422 Grade R Twin Weld assemblies come complete with brass fittings coupled with long brass ferrules for extra holding power. Assemblies are individually packaged.
Note: Our Grade R green hose is branded as oxygen only but is also suitable for use with other inert welding gasses. Our Grade R red hose is suitable for acetylene only.
