Our stainless cam-locks are manufactured from Type 316 Stainless Steel for maximum corrosion resistance. Special care is taken at the factory to ensure a smooth finish on wetted surfaces to minimize bacteria build-up in sanitary applications. All female couplers are supplied with locking clips. Currently, the standard gaskets in our stainless cam-locks are not rated for food. To use these cam-locks in food and beverage applications, please be sure to replace the standard gaskets with our FDA compliant silicone or EPDM gaskets. Standard gaskets are rated to 105°C (221°F).
Note: In sizes 2”, 3”, and 4”, G65SSC and G65SSE cam-locks feature a collar that, when used with G3SSF crimp ferrules, locks the cam-lock to the ferrule for added fitting retention. G65SSC and G65SSE cam-locks can be crimped or clamped, depending on customer preference.
Safety Note: Cam-locks should not be used with compressed air or other compressed gases.
