Part Description:
The variety of fuel nozzles available in today’s market can be quite staggering. Not only are there several brands with varying features, there are also several competing designs of vapor recovery systems in place in different geographic locations. Such vapor recovery systems include varying types of balance systems and vacuum assist systems that require the nozzle to be matched with the pumping and recovery system. Generally these products are supplied by the petroleum equipment distributors that service the pump equipment. At Green Line, we offer a limited range of conventional UL/ULC listed Husky fuel nozzles commonly found in commercial and industrial dispensing applications. These nozzles automatically shut off when the gas tank is full or if it raises above horizontal or falls from the filler neck. The 3/4″ nozzles are regulated to a maximum of 43 litres per minute (10 USGPM) while the 1″ nozzles are designed for higher flow volume with flow rates up to 325 litres per minute (75 USGPM). All nozzles come complete with colour-coded, smooth grips guards and optional splash guards.
Note: Due to changes in the National Fire Prevention Code, Green Line does not offer nozzles with hold open clips unless they are pressure activated. This means that nozzles with hold open clips will not work on gravity feed systems. The pressure from the pump opens a check valve allowing the fuel to flow. All of our G69 Husky nozzles are automatic shut-off and are ULC approved. Pressure activated nozzles require a minimum line pressure of 17 psi to activate flow.
