Description
The Bedford 9-1554 is a compatible replacement for Graco parts 101-701 and 101701, a ball for Graco spray equipment. This ball is the moving element of a check valve in the pump’s fluid section: on each stroke it lifts off its seat to let coating through, then reseats to hold pressure. Compatible with Graco GH 1015, GH 2075, GH 2560, GH 3640, GH 5030, Viscount Hydraulic Motors and other Graco equipment.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Fluid backflow from a ball that no longer seats cleanly
- Pitting or scoring from abrasive coatings
- Replaced together with its seat during a fluid-section rebuild
- Sprayer loses prime or pressure as the ball wears out-of-round
