Description
The Bedford 14-2779 is a direct-fit replacement for the Graco 112604 inlet strainer. An 8-mesh screen provides coarse initial filtration, catching large debris and particles before they can enter the pump assembly. This strainer provides the first stage of filtration, preventing foreign objects and large debris from entering the pump assembly.
Common reasons this strainer is replaced:
- Reduced material flow due to clogged or blocked screen mesh
- Pump cavitation or priming difficulty from restricted suction
- Visible damage, corrosion, or deformation of the strainer screen
