Description
The Bedford 18-2659 is a compatible replacement for Graco parts 15C987 and 15C-987, a male gland for Graco spray equipment. The male gland is the nose-profiled ring that nests into the V-packing stack in the pump’s fluid section; paired with its female counterpart it keeps the packings compressed so they seal around the piston rod under pressure. Compatible with Graco GMAX II 3900 (2014+), GMAX II 3900 ProContractor, GMAX II 3900 Standard, LineLazer V 3900, LineLazer V ES 2000, TexSpray Mark IV (2014+) and other Graco equipment.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Renewed along with new packings during a pump repack
- Fluid leaking past the packings even after tightening
- Pressure drop from a packing stack that no longer seats squarely
- Grooving or corrosion on the gland face after long service
Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
