Description
The Bedford 18-2637 is a compatible replacement for Graco parts 198-765 and 198765 — the female gland used in Graco spray equipment. The female gland is the cupped ring that seats one end of the V-packing stack in the pump’s fluid section; paired with its male counterpart it keeps the packings compressed so they seal around the piston rod under pressure. Compatible with Graco DutyMax, GH 200 (2014+), GH 200 ProContractor, GH 200 Standard, GH 230 (2014+), GH 300 (2014+) and other Graco equipment.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Renewed along with new packings during a pump repack
- Fluid leaking past the packings even after tightening
- Pressure drop from a packing stack that no longer seats squarely
- Grooving or corrosion on the gland face after long service
Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
