Description
The Bedford 20-2311 is a direct-fit replacement for the pump repair kit designed for the 23:1 Monark EH333 airless sprayer, serving spray equipment technicians and professional painting contractors who maintain high-volume coating application systems.
This comprehensive kit restores the internal sealing and fluid-handling integrity of the 23:1 Monark EH333 pump. Pump rebuild specialists rely on kits like this to return worn or damaged equipment to OEM performance standards without purchasing a complete replacement pump assembly. The Teflon and stainless steel construction provides corrosion resistance and compatibility with a wide range of coating chemistries.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Loss of prime, reduced pressure output, or inconsistent spray pattern due to worn packings and seals
- Fluid leakage around pump shaft or rod areas indicating seal degradation
- Buildup of dried material or chemical attack on internal components requiring full internal refresh
- Pressure fluctuations or chattering during operation signaling wear in check valves or packing assemblies
Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance. Compatible Graco equipment models are listed in the Compatible Equipment section below, where available.
