Description
The Bedford 20-3196 is a direct-fit replacement pump repair kit for Graco GH230/300, EH230/300, and DutyMax DH230 airless sprayers, engineered to restore full operational capacity to these high-demand contractor machines.
Pump rebuild specialists and professional painting contractors rely on this kit to quickly return equipment to service without requiring complete pump replacement. Whether you’re managing a fleet of rental sprayers or maintaining in-house equipment, this comprehensive kit addresses the internal wear and degradation that accumulates through regular use.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Pressure fluctuations, loss of spray consistency, or inability to maintain target PSI during production coating or high-volume painting jobs
- Visible fluid leakage from pump seals or connections, indicating worn packings and gaskets
- Reduced spray output, clogged or weak discharge patterns pointing to internal valve or check mechanism failure
- Equipment that has not been serviced within manufacturer intervals or has been stored for extended periods
Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance. Compatible Graco equipment models are listed in the Compatible Equipment section below, where available.
