Description
The Bedford 23-2446 is a compatible replacement for Titan/Speeflo part 325-005 — the trip spring used in Titan spray equipment. The trip spring loads the pressure-control trip mechanism, returning it to position after each cycle so the sprayer holds its pressure setting consistently.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Pressure setting drifting or cycling erratically
- Sluggish response when the mechanism should reset
- Fatigued or collapsed coils after extended service
- Renewed during a pressure-control section rebuild
