Trane COM6430 Scroll Compressor is a giant compressor for HVAC applications which probably uses R-22 refrigeration system. This standard size compressor is 24 inches in length and is made from cast iron for long service. Refrigerant circulation is made secure with the help of brazed stub tubes. This Compressor is a motor that drives two intermeshed scroll-shaped components enclosed in a casing. While one scroll moves around the other, refrigerant gas is compressed and its pressure rises to 300 PSI and temperature to 54.4°C. The compressed refrigerant then flows in the air conditioning system and removes heat from a building’s interior before releasing it to the outside using R-22 refrigerant, and featuring 10-ton refrigeration sense capacity.
