Description
Modine 5H0722750001 Pressure Switch is a monitoring control that is used to check the correct airflow or draft conditions in heating equipment. It operates on an internal diaphragm and single-pole, single-throw electrical contact and varies state when the pressure drops to about 0.78 inches water column enabling the control circuit to verify safe operating conditions when operating in gas furnaces and unit heater HVAC systems. The switch is connected to the pressure sensing line and electrical terminals of the control circuit. Contact action in response to pressure assists in checking the draft verification, assists in the correct ignition sequencing and will not operate when the airflow conditions are out of the required range.
