Description
The Weil McLain 381-800-474 4″ Vent Damper Assembly that controls the flow of flue gas exhaust in HVAC systems. It is a 4-inch damper blade and actuator, which is meant to open and close the vent passage so as to minimize the heat loss when the burner is not on and to allow secure exhaust when combustion is taking place. It is installed in the flue or vent connector of residential and commercial heating appliances and is activated by control signals of the control board. This assembly assists in keeping the efficiency of combustion, and provides secure operation.
