Description
The York S1-025-47283-000 High-Pressure Switch is one of the safety devices used in HVAC systems. It also serves as protective gear to avert system destruction and other risks by working at 650/450 PSI. The pressure switch engages a decoder action if the system pressure goes past a set level, for example, decelerating the compressor or sounding an alert. This is to prevent the equipment from being damaged by pressure buildup. When the pressure goes low, the switch may alert the system to start operating again. This component is essentialfor the safe and proper functioning of HVAC equipment because it is responsible for controlling the system pressure.
